NYBBGB Alumni Reunion 2026: Former Members Invited to Reconnect in Harrogate

National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain Hosts Special Alumni Event

The National Youth Brass Band of Great of Britain (NYBBGB) has announced its Alumni Reunion 2026 event, inviting former members and staff to reconnect with the organisation this April.

Taking place on Friday 10th April 2026 at Harrogate Ladies' College, the event offers a unique opportunity for alumni to experience the current youth band in action while revisiting their own NYBBGB memories.

A Chance to Reconnect with the NYBBGB Community

The NYBBGB Alumni event is free and open to all former NYBBGB members and staff and will take place alongside the band's Easter residential course. During the day, attendees will have the opportunity to meet staff and tutors on the course, watch the current members of the NYBBGB during a rehearsal under the direction of Professor Nicholas Childs and experience a masterclass from baritone soloist Mike Cavanagh.

Alongside the opportunity to see how the organisation is supporting young brass and percussion musicians today, attendees will have plenty of time to catch up with fellow alumni.
