Cory Band to Perform One-off Concert after Youth Champs

The Cory Band will perform a special one-off concert the day after the National Youth Brass Band Championships of Great Britain (Youth Champs).


Epitome of Excellence and Creativity

The concert will take place on Sunday 29th March from 1pm - 3pm at the Ruddock Performing Arts Centre, King Edwards School, Birmingham and will celebrate the Cory Band's success at Brass in Concert, featuring a selection of iconic entertainment repertoire premiered at the contest in recent years.


Speaking about the event, CEO of Brass in Concert, Nigel Stevens said:

"We're thrilled to bring one of Brass in Concert's most successful and long-standing champions on tour as part of this collaboration. Cory Band epitomises the excellence and creativity of the contest, and scheduling the concert alongside BBE's Youth Champs weekend creates a vibrant, inclusive opportunity for young musicians, supporters and audiences to experience a world-class brass band in concert."

Where to buy tickets

Tickets are now available to purchase via the BBE website and are priced at £22 for general admission and £15 for under 18s. The performance will be open seating.


Those attending or performing at BBE's Youth Championshis on the previous day will be eligible for a discounted ticket rate, with a discount code sent directly to those involved.
