Cory Band Brings the Wild West to Birmingham

Don't Miss Your Chance to See the Cory Band's Winning Brass in Concert Set

Fresh from their win at the 2024 Brass in Concert Championships, the Cory Band are bringing their 'Magnificent Seven' programme to Birmingham Town Hall at the end of the month.

'A Cory Trilogy'

The concert is the second installment in their 'A Cory Trilogy' series, which tells the story of Edwyn Scrooch, a mean-spirited conductor preparing his band for a 'Night at the Movies' Concert. In the first installment, he was haunted by a ghost who showed him a remake of the classic movie, 'King Kong'.

In this second installment, the ghost will teach Scrooch to mend his ways through showing him the movie, 'The Magnificent Seven'.

Cory Band Present 'The Magnificent Seven'

This gun-toting spectacle is not to be missed. Featuring seven key soloists around the stand, a harmonica feature and a thrilling shootout, it's easy to see how this imaginative retelling of the classic western movie won favour with the adjudicators at Brass in Concert. Now it's your chance to saddle up and experience the adventure for yourself.

The concert will take place at Birmingham Town Hall on Saturday 30th November 2024. Tickets are available now from the box office - click here to get yours.
