If you've ever thought about being paid to work in the sector you love, well, this might just be your chance. Brass Bands England (BBE) currently have two new paid opportunities to join their team across a range of experience levels. The positions of Operations Officer and Content and CRM Officer, part-time and flexible, are currently open for applications.

Operations Officer

Contract: Part-Time (17.5 hours per week - 0.5 FTE)

Salary: £24,000 pro rata (£12,000)

As BBE’s Operations Officer, you’ll experience a varied role ensuring smooth operations at Brass Bands England’s HQ in Barnsley. You’ll work closely with the Executive Team to improve data collection for reporting and evaluation, and play an important role in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to the organisation. As a point of support for the BBE staff team, you’ll get to know our team based across the country and their activities.

Content and CRM Officer

Contract: Part Time (21 hours per week, 0.6 FTE)

Location: Flexible according to preference - office space available at Barnsley HQ - remote or hybrid working is suitable for this role.

Salary: £24,000 pro rata ( £14,400)

As BBE’s Content and CRM Officer, you’ll be the main point of contact for our members with queries about using our website and member portal. You’ll maintain a close relationship with our software developers and have a proactive approach to understanding the iMIS platform. You’ll be responsible for uploading all content to the BBE website, including articles, events and resources, and ensuring that our website presence is professional, accessible and consistent.
