A Brass Band Festival Experience Like No Other
Shepherd Concert Brass is set to light up York with an electrifying new event, Brasstival, which promises a high-energy night where brass meets the biggest party anthems.
Taking place on Saturday 6th June 2026, this bold and vibrant concert reimagines iconic hits from rock, pop and dance and ska in a full-throttle brass band setting. Inspired by the atmosphere of legendary festivals like Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, Brasstival aims to bring the same anthems and fun.
What is Brasstival?
Brasstival goes beyond a concert. It’s a festival experience with attendees encouraged to dress in festival outfits and a bar available onsite. The setlist features absolute bangers from artists like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Queen, Coldplay and Black Sabbath.

Tickets: £10 - under 16s free with a paying adult
